Why no love for aquavitro (by Seachem)...?

They sell almost all the same things as seachem but just relabel it.

i agree with what randy says. i do use it,, but as he is aware, i know that it is not possible to raise ph with raising alk with an additive. i purchased a bottle from an LFS, and they indicated to me that it is basically a kalkwasser additive, and i know that kalkwasser will subsequently add alk, contrary to what the label claims.

The world of additive companies is a strange place filled with shocking ignorance.

Both Brightwell and Aquavitro sell hydroxide to boost pH and not impact alkalinity in one product (Boost pH+ and Balance, respectively) and then turn around and also sell hydroxide as a way to maintain alkalinity (in kalkwasser).
