Why so much undissolved Kalkwasser

New to kalkwasser, I'm mixing 2 teaspoons into a gallon, shouldn't is all dissolve?
probably 40-45 gallons of total water
320 minutes a day dosing 1.1mL per minute or so, should be about 350mL+ kalkwasser
But my alk still dropping?
Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to up the amount I'm dosing?

You are using fresh water, right?

What product are you using

Most will dissolve, but some will not. Some may be undissolved calcium hydroxide and some will be insoluble calcium carbonate and other materials. Just key it settle out and ignore it.

Yes, fresh water. I’m using BRS kalk
