Why would a gold torch lose a healthy head??

The colony is healthy. it's not getting with overwhelmed with flow and the rest of it looks great. I Just watch it release the fully extended head.

The photo is the whole colony and the lights came on about 45 minutes ago

agreed not a gold torch.
I think I found the problem.
My calcium jumped to 528 was 425 last week. Not sure how. the only thing I dose is Kalk. about 1500ml per-day
My DKH is 9.29 and is usually pretty stable

I had an issue with my CO2 scrubber. the media got wet for using it recirculating from my skimmer. so the moist air feeding the skimmer was adding more kalk to the system, but still not sure why that would go that far out of balance other than my mag is low?? I don't have a mag test so I will get one today.

I will probably re-test calcium again later

Picked up a salifert test kit for Mag and it came back at 1440.
Mag 1440- Salifert
Calcium retest 520- Hanna
Dkh 9.43 - Alkatronic
PH 8.04
Phos 0.27 Hanna ULR test
Nitrate 5.8 Hanna HR test

Not sure how I got out of balance but is this really enough to cause the problem with 1 head?? everything else is still looking good

I prefer my DKH in the low 9's. 9.43 is pushing it

Not sure how Kalk can push the levels out of balance like this. open to any advice
