Why would my acans turn colors like this?

I've had these acans for a couple months. They seem happy but turned from red to green.thanks ahead of time

Maybe the effect of different lights - LFS v yours; might consider moving it to a more shaded area and see if its color returns.

Yea, acans will morph under different lights/settings, ect. Its a pretty common thing for them to do

Thanks guys. I have a biocube 32. I'm getting ready to swap out the lights for an air hd prime

Mine did the exact same under Biocube 32 leds. Can’t seem to get color back regardless of placement. About to upgrade lights. Starting to believe the stock lights are garbage

You'll see better colors under a bluer light.

Yep. I had this issue (acans morphing from awesome to bland) when I had Radion Gen 1's. I switched to Gen 3's and the color difference has been spectacular!

Acans will often change colors when moved from T5 or MH to LEDs.
