Why??!

So my blue green chromis decided to go berserk tonight. No idea what provoked it, but it decided it HATED my diamond tail flasher wrasse so it tried to kill him. I caught the chromis in the act and attempted to catch him, but wasn’t successful (yet) so I turned the lights off and now I’m just waiting for Mr. Chromis to go to sleep. Oh don‘t you worry Mr. Chromis, I am coming for you and like Liam Neeson said “I Will Look For You, I Will Find You, And I Will Kill You” - ok so not that last part but you will be in my sump before morning!

Here’s my wrasse now laying on a rock, full of bite marks and breathing heavy . Fingers crossed my poor guy makes it through the night.

This IS the reason I dont have chromis or damsels. EVIL is a powerful term.
Try at night, fish trap or place brine shrimp in a net and dont let fish see you. When he goes in after it - SCOOP

Ugh! I know! I went against my better judgment. I saved this little jerk from dying of uronema. He was alone in my biocube for 8 months. I felt sorry for him so I transferred him into my 90 gal 4 months ago and this is how he repays me??!

He's lucky he's in the sump.
Mine would have been placed in a different tank:

after breaking 3 frags and squishing one of my nems to catch it, this seriously crossed my mind!!

He still has his battle wounds but he’s back to flashing again.

I haven’t seen the sump monster today. He could be hiding in the live rock in there... or may have been eaten by sump crab.

Ok so I remember reading this post as I had a yellowtail damsel in QT. He's only been in main tank a week or two and tonight I found my Flasher Wrasse beat up and halfdead in a barnacle . The only a**hat I have in my tank is the damsel and I've been watching his aggression get worse towards everyone as the days pass. I tried to catch the jerk but no success tonight. I need him OUT!!

No more damsels for me after this one is removed!

My damsel is so pretty too Yeah, my tank is very relaxed but things changed when he was added. I even added him last.
