So have seen this wierd bubble growth on my mandarin, I have searched most of reef2reef threads, I have seen similar but with no answers in what it could be, there's been no change in her personality.
It's in the form of a bubble, I thought maybe bladder but if I'm right this is behind her pooh hole. so I'm unsure, opposite side is normal?
Thanks

That fish looks like the classic starving mandarine with the pinched belly. The same "look" happens with cynanide captured fish where the stomach function has been distroyed by cyanide poisioning. If that is a captive bred fish it needs live food immediately?

I have live copepods, I also feed live Artemis, blood worm (frozen) instant baby brine (fridge), what else should I feed please.
you say it looks like pinched belly but I think that's because of this bubble that may make it 'appear' it's belly is 'pinched', please zoom in on photos

@Jay Hemdal is probably a better advisor for disease, if that is what this is?

You said you have plenty of live foods, do you see the fish eating?

How long have you had him and have you actually seen him eat (regularly)?

Sorry - I don’t know what that is. It’s behind the anus and off to one side? If so, there aren’t any vital organs there.
Jay

Hi thanks, yes it eats constantly, I often put copepods (live) like now (aquriam lights off 2hrs ago) as late as possible so they disperse, I have noticed growth not so big today. First appearance was like a blister appeared, but now it's small with a white edge., It's mandarin left side that had this lump if you can see photos, thanks.

Not sure if it helps, but my manderian got a big bump (on his back) when I first put him in the tank because my Six Line Wrasse bit him.

Spot swelled up like a teenage pimple... but had the same coloration as the rest of the manderian... was just a pimple bump.

It went away in a week or so. Maybe one of your other fish was sending a similar message?

Definitely helps @Eric-UF, thanks, I have searched around, not really much information on mandarin care, even behond reef2reef.
Mandarin acts like it's nothing to her but for me it's a 'what is this' thank you
