Wierd jelly in Sump. How do i resolve this

So my redsea reefer has this jelly like growth in the sump every week or 2. I've been doing my best to keep it in check. Doing 30% water changes every 2-3 weeks, swapping filter socks every 2-5 days. Running chemi pure blue and carbon. Using RODI water and redsea coral pro salt (black) salinity between 1.024 and 1.026. Livestock includes clowns, pygmi angel, algae blenny and foxfire. Coral is about a dozen fuzzy mushrooms, toadstool leather, RBTA, and frogspawn coral. There are random sponge growth under rocks too.

First wondering if anyone can identify.

Either a sponge or bacterial mat. Either way, it’s harmless (and actually most likely beneficial), but if it’s blocking flow or clogging pumps, or is out of control, you can get rid of it.

ANother vote for sponge or bacterial film and what MaxTremors said. Is there a lot of plastics manufactureing near your system? High levels of pthalates can mess with biofuilms. It's thick reading but if you're interested here's a google search for more.

It clogs socks quick and clogs all my sponges and bio media. Also just looks ugly. Want to remove once and for all. It keeps coming back
