Wierd spot on my clown.

HI guys, this is my first post here so i would like to say hello to everyone.

I found strange pinkish spot on my clown, she is my breeding female and i want to help her asap, but im not sure what kind of disease is that..

water parameters are fine, no2 - 0, no3 - 10, nh - 3, ph 7.8, kh 8

same female had popeye 4 days ago, but after 30% water change it was gone.

One eye is usually an injury rather than disease/parasites. The red mark could be a coral sting. Later, they often turn black like a bruise: "hypermelanization"

She had both eyes injured, but after 12h eyes were normal. I will wait 2 more days, she should lay eggs, if not - something is wrong with her. Male is without any dots, marks, spots etc. he is looking good. Hope she was stung like You said.

Both eyes usually indicates and infection. Sometimes flukes will invade the eyes causing infections. One type of fluke in particular goes for the eyes. Have the fish been freshwater dipped to check for flukes?

I did freshwater dip, no flukes. I sill dont know what was that, but it is healing i think, spot is no longer pink, it is getting darker every day, almost black.

Keep an eye on the spot. Could have been an infection. From a coral sting/injury since the FW dip showed no evidence of flukes.
Coral stings turn black. They usually fade away slowly.
But bacterial infections can too. Watch for evidence of necrosis. If you do, treatment with antibiotics is recommended. Sulfaplex + Neoplex in a QT work very well for infections in that area of the fish's body.
