Wierd worms

Hi, what are these worms crawling around my salt water tank? Are they fireworms, bristle worms? Will they harm my nemo? I just bought the live rock for about 1 day and saw these.

Pods they are good free food for fish.

+1 Amphipods. Great to have! You might start noticing even smaller ones crawling on the edges of the glass. Those are copepods and they are good too

They are weird and creepy crawly for sure. Just wait until you have to clean a filter sock or pad and have them crawling on your hand! lol
