Although that is a good camera. You should look at what your going to use it for. If your just going to use it for coral shooting then you may want to look at the T2 or T3, to stay within budget.

The 18-55 is a good everyday around the house family occasion lens, the 55-250 gets the job done, but if you plan on taking a bunch of telephoto shots sort of useless. I've only used mine once at my sisters graduation. If there hadn't been a rebate and only cost $60 ($150 off when purchased with a camera) I would not of purchased it. Save the money and put it toward a macro lens instead.
The package that you are looking at comes with 2 lenses the 18-55 and the 55-250. I would pass on that package, Since you can do better if purchased on Amazon
Lets do some comparison pricing
A T4i with just the 18-55 can be purchased on Amazon for $650 (also comes with a 16gb class 10 card and lens cap, 2% back), the 55-250 lens $209 ($150 instant rebate so it would cost $59). So for $709 you basically get the same thing Minus the Camera bag, which I don't think is worth $ 230, and you would still have to go out an buy a macro lens for $450.

Consider getting the T4i w/ 18-55 $650
and either a Tamron 2.8 90mm $450 (what I own) or Tokina 2.8 100mm macro $450

If you still feel the need for telephoto, you can still purchase the 55-250 for $209 and get the $150 off at checkout, use code IURM59DD at checkout. Its under special offers and promotions on the Canon T4i page

I have a canon 600d with 18-55mm kit lens & I also bought a canon 100mm macro. Unsure how much it is in dollars as I am from the uk but it produces great photos.

The 600d is European version of the T3i, yes the cannon 2.8 100mm macro is another option, but typically $50 more than the other 2 I mentioned.

thanks guys.Gonna go to a camera store and chech the ones you've mention out

Yeah have a feel about different cameras and lenses. I have just looked and my option will more than likely take you quite abit over budget.
