I have over the years had general connection issues but recently switched to a Mesh wifi 6 router.
I no longer have connection issues for my aquariums or my ring cameras.
Please let me know if you have any questions and I can try to help you improve your connectivity.

Questions I have received in the past:
Are wifi extenders helpful:
Answer is: maybe a wifif extender is a lot like a guitar amp, it will amplify to good and the bad.

What do you use:
I have a TP link mesh wifi router with a 1 gigabit connection.

Thanks for sharing your success . Do keep in mind that placement of the router and using a mesh repeater works good if you have wood studs but with aluminum studded homes such as mine it can be trying at times to get a good signal unless their is a router in their same room or direct sight with the repeater

I have an old split level home with stucco, and brick.... I am now 4 levels away from my direct wired router and I have perfect signal with 1gig speed. I actually drove from my house the other day and made it almost 2 blocks before I dropped wifi on my computer. However I agree metal is a pain, I work for a company that has many warehouses and getting wifi set up is always a challenge....

Not impossible just a pain

Right... I work for an electrical supply company and we have many transformers and other things we stock that get moved around regularly, it was an insane however fun challenge to get wifi to work.
