Wild acros

That depends on how well they were cared for and handled prior to getting to you. All corals were once wild. I, personally have had about 90% survive and thrive. But, I have been with them during the entire time from ocean to tank.

It just varies so much but it’s not great for large colonies. They seem to do much better if fragged a bit, I suspect the smaller piece allows the acro to grow to the water movement and light in the tank vs a 5”+ colony that was grown in the ocean with sunlight and extreme current trying to adapt to our tanks. Although there are always exceptions.

I believe I read about this already on here. Search wild acro and I'm sure you can find it.
