An LFS near me said that they were getting in both wild and captive bred BTAs sometime next week. All the information they gave me about the subject is that you cannot intermix wild and captive bred in the same tank. I do not have any BTAs yet so that is not a problem, but are there any pros/cons to either that I should know (besides that captive bred is obviously more environmentally friendly)?

Captive bred are more forgiving
If you mix captive and wild the will have chemical warfare and kill one another

Thanks for the input! Besides not being compatable with each other, is there anything else? Does one allow for clownfish symbiotic relationships easier? Does one move around the tank more? Prefer different lighting or flow? More toxic to other corals?

IMO, Tank raised is certainly the responsible choice. I haven't seen any benefits to wild as my BTA hosts my Yellow Striped Maroon Clown just fine. He did love the Mushroom stack before and had a hard time protecting both at first, then switched to the BTA.
