With lots of caves and rocks? 125 gallon tank, i heard they wouldnt as adults but 5-6" isnt adult yet correct?

Why would you deliberately add 2 fish you already know won't get along long-term? Pick your favorite and don't buy the other.
 
Because i would sell it once they start fighting...? Also niger triggerfishes tend to grow 'very' slow
