Will a Blackstone grill help my reef???

Just got a new grill. One of those flat griddle types. We're always cooking stuff and filling the house with fumes. Blackened snapper is my favorite but even with the vent on and the windows open it smokes up the whole house. So now I can cook it outside, along with everything else that puts off smoke.

It's probably a good idea to take that outside, I have the same griddle and love it for making bacon
