We noticed our Starry Blenny is missing the cirri over his right eye yesterday:

Does anyone know if that will grow back eventually? We've had some issues with a Tomini Tang that has recently become aggressive as discussed here. The tang is still being quite the jerk and may need a new home.

Thanks!

Thanks!

I was kind of thinking it will but I wonder if anyone has experienced it before.

My coral beauty makes a habit of picking fight with my clowns and loosing. Her fins end up in ribbons. They usually grow back in about a week or so.

The answer is a definite YES, a blenny's cirri will grow back. It's been close to 4 months since his injury but this is what Skippy looks like today:

Pretty much a full recovery!
They look so goofy, always brings a smile. Good to see yours recovering!
