Will a long RODI output line slow production?

When I originally set up my fancy mixing area in my basement, I plumbed a water pipe and a GFCI outlet to a convient spot near a sink. Had the RODI water going into a 55g Husky bin and the discharge water in the sink drain. Along with 4 GFCI outlets for whatever pumps and heaters I may need.
After about a week I realized it would make a lot more sense to have all this directly under my tank so I could run my ATO and AWC through the floor. It's, maybe, 30 feet away. So I know have the RODI system still next to the sink, the output line goes up to the ceiling/floor joists, over the "mixing area" and with some valves and Y fittings, is split between the ATO, Huksy garbage bin and one or two other buckets (future proofing and all that).
In any case, I feel like production has slowed down. But I haven't measured, in fact, it's not even like production has slowed down, it feels (or sounds) like there's more wastewater. My gut says it's because there's more pressure (not head pressure, just pressure from pushing through the tube since the tube goes down at least as much as it goes up) on the RODI side of things than on the waste side. My gut also tells me I'm probably wrong since it'll still fill a 5 gallon bucket in an hour or two, even all the way across the room.
So, is this a thing or am I just overthinking it. While water costs just about nothing in my area (I'm in Milwaukee, we have a large body of freshwater close by), I'd still rather not be wasting it or having this all take longer than it needs to.

Also, a fun fact I learned, if the RODI hose sits directly in the saltwater, even if you turn off the water at the source it'll back siphon. A few gallons of salt water back siphoning through the resin will ruin it short order. I know shut off a valve on the output side of the rodi in addition to the source. Though I think I'm going to add some check valves instead because I want to put the RODI on a timer (like a timer that attaches to a garden hose) so I can turn it on for X minutes and not have to check it every 20 minutes to make sure it's not overfilling.
 
Probably not .... certainly not in any material sense. A long feed line can muck things up, but a long output line may actually help by increasing the working pressure of the RO membrane (just speculating LOL).
 
Yeah it’s hard to say without knowing the head pressure specifics of how the RODI product water line is running. But I agree with @ca1ore the issue or loss of productivity would seem minuscule I would imagine.
 
Yes, I am sure this will change production. In your rodi you have the rodi restrictor to add pressure to your membrane. By having your line go a floor you're adding head pressure, thus increasing this restriction. I'm not an rodi expert but I would think you would need a restrictor with less resistance. This new restrictor with the added head pressure would equal the resistance of your original restrictor.
 
I'll work on the assumption that's it's not a big deal.
As for a restrictor, the only restrictor is on the waste water side, I did think about adding a second one. But since everything seems to be working fine, I likely don't need to spend any extra money on it (ie getting a booster or adding parts) at the moment. There's plenty of other places to spend my money at the moment.
