Will anemone crab tear my nem?

My bta hasn’t expanded lately while my other is doing fine. I’m thinking my nem crab is bothering it and I went to remove it but it just clings on to the nem. If I just pull the crab off will it tear the nem?

it might, they can be too aggressive with smaller anemones sometimes and it can kill them

Never heard of something like this. try pushing the crab off or just scaring it to the Side. Worst comes to worst remove the anemone by the foot with a old credit card and try pulling the crab off. If you get a small tear in the anemone it is not a big deal it should heal nicely!
