will anything build up with dosing Sodium Nitrate

I am thinking of dosing sodium nitrate. I do not do water changes so will anything build up over time in my tank if I dose this?

Sodium will build over time. It will take a lot of dosing over a long time to screw things up, as sodium is one of the most common elements in seawater. Water changes would be the only way to reset levels
