Will bacteria die ?

Would my bacteria dies till tomorrow till i add fish? My cycle ended. Im able to process ammonia, nitrite, to nitrate. I was adding ammonia every other day. Tomorrow im doing a water change and im addinf fish. But my question is if i dont add ammonia today till tomorrow. Would the bacteria dies

No. If the tank can process ammonia, you are good to add fish any time in the near future. Go slow and good luck.

You still haven’t added fish?! Add only one or two every couple of weeks. Don’t overload your bio capabilities, they have to build over time and this is done slowly.
