Will dimming leds shorten bulb lifespan?

If I start my leds dimmed at 15%, then ramp them up until they peak at about 65-75% at noon for example, then down until completely off to simulate a sunrise and sunset, will it shorten the leds lifespan? I want at least a good 10-12 years of use. What are your thoughts on this?

I have an AI SOL Blue and on their website it says that dimming the LEDs will actually lengthen their life.

I mean more of a change in dimming, but I agree that the less power used, the more life you get from your leds.
