Will high salinty kill aiptasia?

If I make a bucket of extra strong saltwater and put infested live rock in it over night, will it either kill or drive out aiptasia without killing the coralline algae on it? It is a new setup about 2 weeks old. I eventually want nothing but corals in it with just a few fish.

Probably not I would get a pot of boiling water and inject the aptasia with a needle

I've also heard you can dip it in RO water and leave it in for a few minutes.

Aptasia-x and Joe's Juice work well.. completely harmless to the rest of your tank.
