SO i currently have two systems running. I have my first tank that has been running 1.5 years that is having dino issues. 20 gallon long w/tidal 35 hob filter. I also havde a 100 gallon total volume rubermaid tub system that has been running 13 months and that system is spinning like a top. i habe alk stable between 7,9-8.3 ph stable at 8.2-8.5 dosing kalk and flow dialed in. I have never really had the 20 long dialed in like i have the tub system.
The problem is i have some nice corals in the 20 L raja chalice big ole bowerbanki some nice monti ect. I have also been battling dinos in the 20L and want to move all the corals to the tub.All that is to say im scared of importing my dino issue to the tub. Im absolutely terrified to do anything to the tub system. things seem too good to be true but i Know the corals would be happier in the tub system. On hand i have iodine Coral revive dip and hydrogen peroxide. I need to move 2 hammers 3 montis one bowerbanki 3 shrooms and 2 acros all while preventing dino introduction to the healthy system. Please help! I have kept Fowlers off and on since early 2004 but I am only in my second year as a true coral keeper and only doing so 8 mhonths successfully

I have a message for you: you have plenty of Dinos in your 100 gallon system already.
They are existing in balance with other algae, bacteria and other organism.
If you change that balance, like for example decreasing phosphates and nitrates suddenly, then they will thank you, otherwise you are safe.

Thanks I am Growing macro alge in the sump of the 100 gallon system. so that makes sense. Im just being paranoid i guess. So u say dip em and drop em? dont worry about it?

Do Not use iodine .
If you have dinos- do this:
Prepare by starting with a water change and blow this stuff loose with a turkey baster and siphon up loose particles. Turn lights off (at least white and run blue at 10-15% IF you have light dependant corals) for 5 days and at night dose 1ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for all 5 nights. If you dont have light dependent coral- turn all lights off. During the day dose 1ml of liquid bacteria (such as micro bacter 7 or XLM) per 10 gallons. Clean filters daily and DO NOT FEED CORAL FOODS OR ADD NOPOX

I dont think you can export Dinos from one tank to another, it's not a pest. No3 and Po4 balance in your tank is messed up. Test and dose accordingly. It will take few weeks for things to settle so patience is required.

I’ve done hydrogen peroxide dips with Acans and Zoas. I’ve never dosed straight to the tank. Will this hurt any invertebrates or anemones?
No its mainly water(H2H20) - its purposed is to oxidize the flagellates - not a treatment

i JUst wanted to move the corals to the larger system and was wondering if i should use an iodine based dip? Or will revive work just as well. I generally wanted to clean and move the corals to the better system without upsetting or introducing anything into the new larger system

No point dipping just take the corals out of the tank and put them in the new one. Less time being handled and sitting in buckets is always best. You can't quarantine dinos effectively. They are in every tank. They come out when for whatever reason a balance shifts towards them. Putting corals with dinos on them into a healthy tank will not cause a dino outbreak. If you are worried, dust the dinos off with a turkey baster.

I highly recommend a UV sterilizer for your set up! If you do have dinos you want gone, this is the process I've used to get rid of those guys completely in 8 days:
