Will Iodine Dips kill exposed vermatid snails?

I see a couple of them on the base of my acan and torch. Will breaking them off in an iodine solution kill them?

Yes and no.

I know, not exactly the answer you were looking for. But the issue is getting the iodine into the tube so it can work on the snail. The tube is small and getting iodine inside is at best a hit & miss affair.
