Will Litre meter reduce dosing

I was wondering when doing continuous water changes with a litremeter would it reduce amount of supps you use?
System is about 600lt using around 120ml of ca and alk currently a day using Randy recipe 1

Not really. Assuming you are currently doing water changes anyway? If not doing any water changes, then yes. But otherwise it will just save you having to change water and also keeps things a bit more stable.

In a super low load aquarium, the water changes alone will be enough to not need dosing. Otherwise, I'm afraid I have bad news

Yeah currently do water changes every month or 2. All sps system really. Was wondering if it will help at all from stability side and trace element dosing. Was considering getting a calrx but wasn't sure if doing continuos wc will replenish enough trace elements. I see you dose trace, have calrx and use litremeter though!!

hahaha yeah, I have an each way bet

I strongly believe in auto water changes from a stability point of view and secondly, a lazy point of view. Nothing better than knowing your tank is getting multiple water changes a day when you are at work, at a family function, sick with a cold or just being a lazy bugger.
