Will live rock absorb general cure?
Or will general cure have any negative effects on my live rock?

Medication with live rock is going to render, at least, portions useless. Thereby destorying the usefullness of the rock.

This is a really bad thing to do.

General Cure won't be absorbed by live rock, it contains praziquantel and metronidazole which break down fairly quicker in aquariums. However, it will kill any worms living in the rock, as well as protozoans.

The metro may kill the snails, IDK for sure because I have never tried treating them with it. Prazi won't hurt them.
