Will micro bubble scrubbing kill invasive sponge ?

Before I completely tear down my tank and move everything to a holding tank :’( Will micro bubble scrubbing kill an invasive sponge ? It’s competing devouring my tank of nutrients ruined my ecosystem and I hate it
