Will multiple leather corals close up for sloughing simultaneously or is there a problem?

Yesterday morning my two sinularia leather corals never opened their polyps and still have not. All the parameters seem to be the same. Do they ever do this for sloughing simultaneously, or is something probably wrong?

Run some carbon. I have noticed when leathers do their thing, it irritates everyone else. a few hours of a small enough seems to help me.

I have 2. Mine just did this and stayed completely closed for 2 weeks. They then opened up a couple days ago after I increased the flow towards them.
