Will my acan colony recover?

Originally the acan was degraded from a peppermint shrimp that was stealing food from the colony at night and rareley during the day yet ended up killing about 5 polyps in the center of the colony. Then later I had a amonia outbreak (.4-1.2 range) followed by a salinity drop(1.20) from speeding through water change 50% water change. The amonia outbreak followed by salinity drop with fresh water seemed to crash the whole tank includingy beloved banded starfish, pulsing xenia melted away, and my mushroom melted in half. Over all my other acans aren't as vibrant however I'm concerned with my acan colonies recovery and wondering any input or similar exp. I am running 32 biocube with in tank refugum + light/ chateo, loads of live rock in tank and aio. I do dose a bit and ph is around 7.8 pretty consistently.

Wow…. Got mutilated and the dead areas likely not but some recovery is potential with some exposed skeleton getting covered over

If there is any flesh left, given time and stable conditions, it will recover.

I rise up this morning to a new potentially worse amonia outbreak 1.2+ on red sea test kit.. I'm supposing from over feeding mysis shrimp. My smaller clown fish was laying on the sand pale as I've ever seen personally and obviously dead, however the larger one just has pale gills and is just hiding in the top corner. I won't be able to get nitrifying bacteria and enough new water for about 15-20 hours for 80% water change... I had the aio's pump shut off all night from forgetting to turn it back on after I over fed. I put 2 frozen blocks of these hikari in with some algae to try to appease the potentially rogue algae blenny. Although my beloved banded star fish's damage could be from the high amonia but it seems to look like the blenny took a bite of the xenia and star fish. This morning I turned the pump on for the aio and light for the intank® refugium with cheato along with adding a fresh bag of carbon... I dosed the tank last night and the corals seemed to take a good liking to the dose and big particulate (mysis) feeding. The anemone ate a mysis shrimp last night and was chilling but now decided to fall to the bottom of the tank where I moved him to an isolation rock.. I hope my chaeto can work some magic because Im busy working and don't have a system to safely run ro water when I can't monitor. Ill also sift the water I pull from the tank cause I have a huge copepod population and even seen 2 or 3 baby snails forming on the glass. Last pic shows melting mushroom and damaged star with seemingly full control on all arms despite mutilation.

Update and moral of crashed tank is always test your equiptment before thinking you know anything is wrong or right. My refractometer was miscalibrated and I ended up raising my salinity to actually 1.35 instead of 1.24 my refractometer displayed. It seemed to only release more zooxanthellae algae from my mutilated acan colony and obvious reason my starfish died... Will do official introduction to my tank soon and update on mutilated corals. Everyone who expressed support is thought of greatly!
