My clown fish has recently been using my Duncan Coral as a host (I do not have an anemone host for it). Will this kill my Duncan Coral? My Duncan doesn't seem to like it, i.e., it does not open its tentacles all the way. Should I move it somewhere else? What s

That Duncan doesn't look too bad in the photo. If it starts closing up completely and stays closed then you will have to remove the clowns or the Duncan to save the Duncan.
My experience:
I've had clowns live in plate corals, Duncans, Mushrooms, and anemones. When the clowns take care of their host the host generally does much better than on its own. So give this relationship time. If the Duncan is only closed a little it will eventually get used to the clown invasion and they all could thrive together.

My Duncan died after my clown loved on it too much. So yes, it can. As previously mentioned, watch for it to stay closed or partially closed for long time periods. Agree that it doesnt look too bad in the photo :)

I what way do the clowns take care of the host?

It might. That’s one of the reasons I don’t have clowns in my tank. Hope those are not algae on the rocks lol
Yes it is the GHA that I haven't been able to get rid of even though I have five emerald crabs, three other types and an urchin!

If its' trying to host it. it can. They cant just sit and relax- have to pound everything to death
