Hey everyone, just purchased a new frag today and noticed there is quite a bit of glue on the bottom. Should I remove and re-glue or just leave it? If I leave it will it grow over it lol

You can if it will bother you, but in time it will likely get covered by the zoas.

Thanks. Just didn't know if the glue would inhibit it from replicating.

Of course!

On a side note, I've anecdotally found zoas won't grow as fast over cyanoacrylate compared with live rock or most frag plugs- thankfully the spot the tissue has to bridge is small, but they do seem to have preferred materials to lay down their polyps on.

They will grow over glue and eventually on your rock. I take all the plugs off my corals before I mount them to rockwork. Never had an issue with growth on glue.
