I’ve had a 32g biocube for a year now and have been very unsuccessful when it comes to coral growth. I used the stock biocube lighting for the first 3-5 months and felt it wasn’t sufficient to grow coral. I “upgraded” to an aqua knight $60 light from amazon (my current light) and still haven’t seen any coral growth. In fact I’ve actually lost at least 3-5 corals. The only growth I’ve had is my green star polyp but from what I’ve read, isn’t really that hard to do. The parameters in my tank are all in the proper range and I’m just wondering if getting a new light like the new AI prime will be thing that solves my lack of coral growth.

Other then your day to day water stability lighting would be the second most important and will hinder your success and would inhibit growth. kinda one of the things you probablly not cheap out on.
