Will normal hermit crabs kill dwarf hermit crabs

I have a couple of dwarf blue hermits and I want an electric blue hermit and I’m wondering if the big hermit will try to kill the little ones?

why think that? Sure it happens sometimes, but not all of them every time. As long as there is food and available shells, they can live together peacefully for years.

I added a dozen mixed, red and blue legged, about a year ago. Today I have a dozen. My previous 16 years in reefing I never saw that. I suppose one could always go rogue.
