Try pellets. Usually coral beauties aren't surface dwellers and stay towards the middle and bottom of the tank. If you get him a pellet that drops to the bottom you might have better luck getting him to eat. He will feel more secure and comfortable. I recommend ocean nutrition marine pellets with garlic. Either medium or small pellet size.

Did you check your water parameters, do you see any sign of heavy breathing? Do you see any diseases on her. Like ich? Any fish that could be bothering her?

Check parameters to make sure there is no ammonia.

What meds are you using to treat for ich? Angels can be sensitive to copper based meds, so slowly raising the copper is easier for them to handle.

Many fish prefer frozen food compared to pellets or flakes. Try frozen mysis oe even a clam on the half shell.

If the angel seems happier with ambient light rather than the tank light, then leave the tank light off until the angel gets more comfortable.

I might also add that live blackworms or live brine may elicit a feeding response as many fish find them irresistible
