I had an order scheduled to be delivered the other day well do to bad weather and fedex. I had a order sit overnight in extreme cold all sps and fish. I got it today a day after of course all fish was dead and the all the coral but 2 was snow white. The 2 that wasnt white i know will make it now for the ones that are should i toss them or give them a shot and see if they will come back all ora frags as well. What gets me is i have a shipment come from Washington but yet a shipment cant get here from Florida.

Temp, pH, and toxins are the main things that are going to shock/kill them in short term (shipping/acclimation). But you might as well give it a try. I've nuked a whole tank of SPS from changing my lights too quick. I threw the bleached ones in the bottom and one that looked like a goner came back after 6 months. Just stick them in the bottom and forget about them for a while. ;)

Man, that blows. I had a shipment get delayed over a weekend a couple summers ago. It was the exact opposite, as I live near Orlando. The vendor forgot to put a Saturday Delivery sticker on the package. So, it sat 2 days in the summer heat at OIA. I was waiting at the shippers location early Monday. I was stunned to find the pair of clowns and millepora I ordered alive and well. So, give yours a chance. I don't toss anything until I am beyond certain it has died (usually once algae starts growing on it).

a little update on things everything is still snow white got a few patches on a monti coming back but the rest looks barren

Shouldn't that be something covered under warrenty from the vender? I would just ask for a new piece.

I wouldn't stick a bunch of coral you feel is dead in your main system; the die off won't help your water quality. You should use a qt system with your tank water. There is a small chance that something could come back, but if the coral has no color or polyp extension after two weeks you can pretty much consider it done. You should contact the vendor and ask for some help. Most good companies will help you.
