Will swapping out a different T5 Bulb Noticeably Affect PAR?

Like the title says, I just mounted my Aquatic Life Hybrid fixture. I just did a test run with 2 B+, 1C+ and 1P+, and it was a lot whiter than what I've been running on my Radion. I actually didn't mind, but I plan on testing PAR with the new setup next week and was wondering if I decided to swap the C+ or P+ bulb out, would I need to retest or will I still be in the ballpark of the original color combo? Assuming no changes to the Radion intensity.
