Will the multi hms rail hold Phillips coral care?

As the title says just wanted to know if the AI multi HMS rail would be able to hold up a Philips coral care? Thank you!

First, I've never seen the AI rail or the Coralcare, but my RMS rail is quite sturdy. I'm sure it would support a 15 pound fixture if you can find or build a bracket. Also consider the other extruded metal products available like 80/20 because you might find another good solution.

I think 80/20 will be out of my budget aswell I wouldn't want to hang anything from my wall or ceiling
