Good morning, I need your opinion...i purchased a beautiful lunair wrasse and 4 Domino damsels (also gorgeous) a year ago from a local petstore. They are too crazy for my mostly peaceful reef (250 gallons) I want to rehome them or trade for other livestock but I am in the middle of nowhere in upstate NY --so swapping isnt really practical. I am a lone reef-head ...ha ha ha
Do you think the petstore where i purchased them will give me any credit if i call them?

Thanks for any feedback!
Bette

My store will not take bake back after three days. But doesn’t hurt to ask

All of the stores that I go to (around Dallas, TX) will take them and give me store credit. However, the credit is very little. But if you need them out of your tank then that may be more important than the amount of $$ you get for them.

Why don't you just call them? You wont know till you do..
Depends on the store and they are all different. No one can answer that for you.

We have a LFS that will give partial Credit for fish..

I wouldnt expect anything for some dominos, I mean if you were bringing in a primo Navarchus angel that would be a different story, but not damsels.

just my .02

My LFS loves it when I bring them back fish. I fatten them up and condition them to aquarium life. They can sell the same fish twice, usually for more the second time. All they can do is say No but you dont know unless you ask. Good luck.
