Will these clowns pair up?

I’ve had them for quite some time now, I’m aware that it takes time for clowns to pair, but it appears they want nothing to do with one another. I’m not sure if they are within the same species, or if that will effect the courtship

They’re in the same pic & neither are beat up so… my vote is yes. (I have a pair that are similar looking Wyoming & misbar). They might be 2 dudes hanging right now but one will dominate and change.

It can take quite a while to pair, and more than 6 months for one to change sex completely - so hang in there. Don't rush love : )
 
I agree with all of the above, My previous pair took several months to pair together. The pair I have now seem to be pretty well mated, but they are so small it is not even funny. Eventually, I want to get something they can host, they may pair better together is there is something for them to host. If the tank is new I would not do that just yet.
