So I have the neon green finger soft coral . Idk the actual name. But I got a new light and the area where it has a good flow and a good spot for him to branch out is around300 par. Will that damage him or will he be ok with that high of par?

Edit: so i removed him from the frag and glued him to a spot with good flow that's around 200 par. That's about as low as I can go in terms of par and get him proper flow.
