Will this light be too strong for my fish?

So i have a fluval 13 .5 Clownfish And a Citron Goby With a GSP. I have this light Will it be to strong?

It's dimmable so it could be fine if adjusted correctly and allows you an upgrade path. Could fry everything in 13.5 gallons too if you crank it up.
