So I originally had two clownfish that lived happily as a pair for about a year, then sadly, one decided to see what was outside the tank and took a leap of faith-didn’t end well :(
So I was left with the female, so I went out a few weeks later and brought her home a new friend she would hopefully bond with, and last night I noticed that she was hosting my nem :star-struck:
I actually can’t express how happy I am about this, it’s the cutest thing ever to watch but does this mean that now she isn’t going to bond with the new clown to protect her nem? I brought them home yesterday and I haven’t seen them together yet, it is just staying in the top corner of my tank, away from my o clown

is this hopeless or do they have a chance ?
(I just took this video and lights are off so my tank looks a bit weird aha)

If clownfish aren't killing each other, they are in the process of pairing up. Congratulations on the anemone finally hosting the clown!
Thanks!
That’s good to know, tbh though I don’t even think that she knows there’s another clown in there she hasn’t left that nem since :face-with-tears-of-joy:
