Will this scrub?

12 gallon long nano reef with new hob refugium, loaded with two small balls of chaeto. Additionally there's a single mangrove under the same little led light. The light will soon be replaced with a full spectrum mini grow light (picture of the light with plants for reference). Refugium flow is very good with upgraded pump. Any more and it would overflow.

Am I scrubbing it?

Thanks! It was supposed to be a toxic waste NYC themed frag tank with neon green frag racks, but I couldn't stand the look so now it's just a NYC non-toxic reef.
