Will this work for Zoanthids?

Calling all lighting geeks. I want setup a mantis shrimp tank. I have decided to get some Gulf rock and culture macros the only planned fauna is the MS. A friend uses 10w cool white LED floods to light his fuge says his macros go crazy under this lighting. My question is whether or not this lighting grow Zoanthids? I will not have any other corals as this tank will be skimmer and Sumpless, so dependent heavily on WC's the macros note uptake.

You cant tell from the pics but this reef is lit by one Phillips par 38 bulb. In it are (or were) 8 different zoas 5 palys, photosynthetic sponges, 5 grand palys and the branching gsp are each as big as a mans hand.

it was fed rotifers and pellets for the fish.
