So I currently have a 29g biocube with lots of liverocks, corals and fish. And a 40b with live rocks and fish and shrimps. Can I add all this to my 300g system right away or do I have to cycle the 300g system first?

Is there anything else going into the 300?

Breaking down a tank and just reassembling it can cause some ammonia, but is often OK.

I'd move it, and then run an ammonia test for a few days afterward just to be sure.

If you do get a spike, you can treat with Amquel or Prime.

I'd get a kit and check it a couple of times a day for the first few days.

You don't have to cycle with cured live rocks?

No not really, put your rocks in check for ammonia and nitrite they should be zero since there cured. Now if you got your cured rocks shipped to you or had them sitting out for a while you will get some die off and go through a mini cycle. Were talking about a week instead of months.

It can be shorter as the curing is like cycling.

you can but your tank can go through mini cycles so just be careful

I've added new live rock to my system several times without issue, but they can cause a bit of ammonia, as Reeffreak noted, especially if not cured well.
