Hey Y'all!

I have 1/4" RODI lines running various places, including going to a Neptune DOS for AWC. I want to keep the ins and outs of the tank very low profile, so I was considering this-

Will this work with standard 1/4" RODI lines or does it need a 1/4" ID and a larger OD, like in the flexible clear plastic tubing?

Finally, will the barb fitting affect the output level of the DOS? I am wondering if it would add resistance to the water and change the output level. I still need to calibrate so I assume it would take that in to account as long as it is in line when I do my calibration.

That is for 1/4” ID (internal diameter ) vinyl tubing that is a lot more flexible than the rodi tubing.
The barb will not restrict flow
If I use this tubing

And this stem adaptor-

Going to this union-

Can I then attach to my RODI line?

I wish there was a more streamlined solution.
