I have a 165w light that the blues have started blinking and will not stay on. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've taken it apart and cleaned all the dust out of it but can't get it to stop the blues from blinking. Overall it's been a great light so I would rather fix then replace

First you should swap the drivers to see if it is a driver issue.
Driver issue is a harder fix than some bad diodes only because finding replacement drivers has been historically difficult.

I think they are on separate channels. The blue comes on still but blinks. The whites work great. I am not familiar with the components of the lights. I am able to take it apart and put it back together for cleaning and that is basically it. For the price it's been a great light and kept corals alive and healthy. Can you give me some clues on what peice is the driver??

The driver is the power supply. Some black box light fixtures will have two of them built in the housing, the more smaller lights have one power supply with all the channels controlled with a chip that distributes the power per channel.
Can you post a pic of the light?
