Winterize garage water change station

Hello I am looking to set up a RODI and brute bucket water change station in my garage but the problem is I live in Canada and would freeze in the winter . Any ideas on how to winterize the system without insulating the entire garage. Pics of peoples setups if they have done the same would be great or maybe it’s just not possible . Farms use electric heaters to keep freshwater from freezing in watering troughs. The temperature is just above freezing. Keeping saltwater just above freezing should be possible without a huge electricity bill, especially with an insulated container. Keeping the RODI unit and water lines ice free might require building a well insulated cabinet with a small heater. Might have to heat trace the water line from the house.

You’re going to have more of an issue bringing the water to temp for water changes than keeping the saltwater from freezing. You would probably have to bring mixed water into the house in buckets and let it warm up for a couple of days before using the water.

Ok maybe I will use my 2nd option . Mixing in my basement using brute trash can on wheels and putting a pump inside with a hose to go up the stairs and to the tank. So that leaves me with another question . What kind of pump can get good enough head pressure to go about 20-25 feet that can be dropped in and out of a brute can when needed ?
