Gotta love the little gems that you can find in the FS forum and facebook marketplace.

Plan is to run it all to my DT sump. The left tank is only 15 and the frag is 20.

On the return COR20 --> 57W UV --> manifold with gate valves and flow meters.

Some ups and downs.

Built a small stand for the frag tank. The overflow plumbing needed some clearance. Built out of expanded PVC board from Home Depot:

In the down category I think my peppermint shrimp aquired a taste for baby bounce mushrooms. The skirt from my OG is missing, and the PZ Godspawn is about 50% gone. Moved them to the cube for now. Positive is that the large sunkist and Frank were untouched. I think they will grow back.

Nice anthias. They are on my list of fish I want. I have some questions for you!

I hear they require multiple feedings throughout the day. Is this true? If so, do you manually feed them or have an auto feeder? If you use an auto feeder what type do you use?

@littlebeard Thank you! You are correct, they do require quite a few feedings a day to keep them healthy and happy. I have been feeding them 4 times a day since I am home. They are constantly looking for food and when fed go nuts lol. I do plan on using an auto feeder though, I purchased the neptune afs and will be setting it up this week. I will keep you posted as to how it works and if I am happy with it. If not I will be switching to the plank auto feeder.

@littlebeard I feed them a few different things actually. I feed freeze dried mysis that I soak in selcon, I also feed tdo chromaboost & rods food. I will often mix the mysis with the tdo in a bowl and then use selcon. They really go nuts for rods food though

Edit-I also have some lrs fish frenzy coming today that I'm excited for them to try

Planning a new build! Here is what I have in store for now. Tank will be a fluval evo 13.5 with a little upgrades. List of some stuff for the tank:

Ai prime light
Tunze nano ato
Apex 2016-only ph and temp probe for space
Will be upgrading return pump
10 pounds of caribsea sand
Aqueon 150w heater controlled by apex
Mp10 (older version with new wetside)


Going to shortly pick through my live rock to make a sweet little aquascape anyone have ideas on what kind of scape I should do? Also going to make a sweet little controller board for the tank.
