Help! New fish tank wobbles. Out of the four corners only opposite two touch. Wobbles back and forth. It’s a 4 ft, 55 gallon. Will it even out once water is in it? Or will it just crack?

MUST LEVEL

hi hard to tell from pic is that on glass table top?

has to be true level could blow seam,at very least spring leak at any time

It might be all right, but it might not if the seams split for example, slowly over a period of time.

It really should be level or your potentially risking problems for you and your livestock (and your floor!) down the line.

Level the stand on the floor and if theres still small gaps under the glass (if you can fit a cc in anywhere.) I would get a sheet of styrofoam 1/4-3/8 thick to put between the glass and the stand to even any gaps

Check the level of the table top.... that’s more likely to be the problem. If it and you fill her up she will explode.

Styrene may work but it will have to be of low to moderate compressive strength otherwise it’s unlikely to make any difference.

1/2" pink foam board if ness not white styro
